Windows Mail Password Recovery
Windows Mail Password Recovery is an intuitive program designed to retrieve passwords from your Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail account, based on the information you provide. It can be effortlessly figured out, and supports the POP3, IMAP, SMTP, NNTP and LDAP protocols.
The interface of the application consists of a standard wizard where you can follow a few steps to carry on a task. So, you can select a different language for the interface, the recovery mode (manual, automatic or by showing asterisk passwords) and enable logging.
In the following steps, you may specify the data source and root directory for Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail, together with the user logon password, master key and SID.
Once the information is displayed, you can copy it to the Clipboard or export it to a HTML, TXT or XLS file for further analysis. It is also possible to assign a master password to the program, in order to prevent unauthorized users from accessing it.
The straightforward software tool requires a very low quantity of CPU and system memory, so it should not interfere with the runtime of active processes. It has a good response time, includes a help file and rapidly recovers passwords. We have not encountered any problems throughout our testing; Windows Mail Password Recovery did not hang, crash or display error dialogs.
