AccessEnum is a simple and straightforward application that addresses users who want to have better control over the security settings and file permissions on their machines. The utility can provide users with a full view of the file system and registry security settings so that they can take the appropriate actions.

The tool is as simple as it gets and comes with a minimalistic interface where users can easily search for directories and registries to learn more about who has access to them. Afterwards, administrators can review the list and set the appropriate permissions, namely read, write or deny access information. It is worth noting that the tool was launched quite some time ago during the Windows NT-based systems.
