Aequo is a little desktop utility built in the Java programming language that lets you compare and synchronize two folders and their sub-trees of files.
The Aequo application displays the difference between two folders and, when invoked, the difference between two textual files.

· Fixed refresh problems, add list of files to confirmation dialog, next/previous difference in text compare.
· Also, added (temporary) automatic expand of differences. This will become an option as soon as preferences panel is implemented.
