Compare Suite Standard is a powerful program that allows you to perform multiple file comparisons. Text file comparison deals with plain text, binary, office documents, such as MS Office files (.doc and .xls), Adobe Acrobat documents (.pdf), Web Pages (.htm).
The comparison is made side by side, character by character or by keywords. The different characters, words or fragments are highlighted for better visibility. Image comparison is made at pixel level. The user can personalise the threshold for color differences and which file types to compare.
Comparing folders function is useful when you have to compare not a single file, but all files within some folder. The comparison regards files with different names, sizes, creation date.
All types of comparisons can be summarised in a report that can be saved for later used. The content of the report can be customised by the user.
