Extension Changer is a tool that can convert large number of files into the extension definedby the user. You just place all the files with extension that you want to change into the "Process" folder in the same directory as this tool.
Then enter the extension and click on the process button. All the files in the "Process" folder will have the extension you want them to be. You can create the "Process" folder yourself or let the tool auto creates it for you.
I did not let the tool to allow the user choose the folder since it will damage files if the user selected windows or system directory or any other folders containing important files, so the tool will only accept the files in the "Process" folder.
Anyway, I created this tool to change ICL files into Icon files. You can think of other uses like changing tons of Text files into HTML files without having to change them one by one. Added the ability to auto rename file when two or more files with the same filename is encountered.
