FileCompare is a useful application that can compare two folders of files in binary (recursive) to see if they are identical.

The program provides users with a simple interface, which makes it very easy to use. You only have to browse for the two files and press the 'Start' button.

Note: Some antivirus and antispyware programs flag ... as being infected/malware, although the application is perfectly safe and does not pose a threat to your system.
