Folder Creator is a simple and easy-to-use utility that will allow you  to create large numbers of folders, based on file names in a directory, or folder names defined in a text file.

If you want to generate folders based on file names in a directory, you also have the option to exclude the extension from being used in the folder name (will truncate the last 3 characters of any name in the list) or you may choose from a folder on your disk and much much more.

Compatible with all MS Windows platform. Now with language file, new XP Toolbar and added support for reading from all database files.

Integrated a new "Seach after Empty folders" with "Empty Dir Remover" function and can search a whole disk after empty folders and you can open it or delete them, your choice.
