Pc Viewer is a tool which you can use to explore your files and folders, as well as perform various actions.
This program does not require installation, so it is portable. It means that you can place Pc Viewer on an external device and directly run the executable file on any computer. More importantly, there will be no changes made to your Windows registry keys.
The interface of the application is clean and stylish. You have access to two main areas - "Operations" and "My PC", but you can also open new tabs.
So, you can explore your files and folders (just like in Windows Explorer), organize icons (by extension and name, name, size or date) and refresh the list.
But you can also create a new folder or archive, view file properties, as well as rename or delete files and folders.
In addition, you can use the undo, redo, copy and paste functions, go back and forward, as well as view all operations and set Pc Viewer to shut down the computer when they are finished (plus, you can clean the list).
The software takes up a very low amount of system resources and didn't freeze or crash during our tests. However, there is no help file available. Furthermore, a part of the text is written in Spanish (e.g. in "Folder Properties").
Overall, Pc Viewer doesn't necessarily bring something new to the table and we don't actually see the point in replacing Windows Explorer with it. But you are free to try it and see if it fits you, since Pc Viewer can be easily used by novices and more experienced individuals.
