Renamer NG description

This program is in early beta stages, the reason for putting it here is to get user oppinions early and to find bugs.

Renamer NG application was designed to help you rename multiple files at once.

The new RenamerNG is written in C# if you are interested in contributing code please PM me on the message board and you can get access to the source.
