Silicon Labs .HEX to .SVF Conversion Utility is a handy application that was designed in order to help you quickly turn HEX files that are meant to carry microcontroller (MCU) information into the Serial Vector Format (SVF) format.
These SVF files can then be used for programming Silicon Labs microcontrollers via the Joint Test Action Group (JTAG) port.
