SrtStrip was created as an accessible Command Line program to strip and tags from .srt subtitles.
SrtStrip is a tool that can also be used to batch strip a folder that's full of unwanted tags.
It works on open and closing tags of the type and where 'x' is only a single character such as Italic.

· Tag stripping is no longer limited to single letter tags such as . Tags such as sub text are removed. The output file naming has changed. Changing the file extension caused problems renaming in Explorer. Now "_strip" is added to the base filename and the .srt extention kept. e.g. file.srt input will output file_strip.srt.
