Tail4Win is a Windows port of the UNIX 'tail -f' command. It is used to monitor changes to files and display the changed lines in realtime.
This application can be very useful to monitor program log files, such as IIS, Tomcat, Resin log files or Apache's error.log and access.log.
Here are some key features of "Tail4win":
· Watch multiple files at same time.
· Detect keyword matches and highlight occurences.
· Can monitor files of any size.
· Capture and display OutputDebugString / TRACE.
· List "recent files".
· Standard text search.
· Use command "Tail4win abc.txt" to open and monitor file "abc.txt".
· Mouse right click on file "abc.txt" to open and monitor.
