Actionaz

Actionaz is a software application designed to help you eliminate repetitive tasks by making the program execute a wide range of actions, such as read or write files, download items, play audio files, simulate mouse clicks, and others.

The application lets you create scripts which define the actions to be performed on the computer. Basically, it’s easy to work with this tool, as you don’t need to know computer programming skills in order to create scripts.

Actionaz boasts a clean and straightforward interface that gives users the possibility to select from different preset actions which can be inserted into the working environment using the “drag and drop” support.

What’s more, you can configure Windows actions (e.g. ask the user to enter some data, show a message dialog, ask the user to choose from a list, perform actions on different dialogs), emulate mouse clicks by specifying the action (e.g. press and release), button, and position, move the mouse cursor on a selected path, emulate keys and mouse wheel, and write a customized text message.

Other important options worth mentioning are represented by the possibility to create scripts for executing commands, performing searches for finding images, killing processes, opening URLs, checking a pixel color on the screen, playing sound notifications, as well as restarting, stopping the computer, or logging out the current user.

The application is also able to evaluate code, write entries in the console, go to a script line, pause the script execution process, and set the value of a variable.

When it comes to file management operations, there are several parameters designed to help you copy items, read and write text files, read the Clipboard contents and entries from the Registry, download data from a specified URL, and write an entry in the INI file. Plus, the script content can be imported from the Clipboard and exported to EXE file format.

For each of the aforementioned actions, Actionaz provides a handy set of tools to customize each task individually, namely standard and advanced parameters, and exception commands. Plus, you can execute the selected action, cut, copy, paste, edit, or delete it, and assign a colour for the selected action.
