This application is a Windows system shutdown manager.

AutoShutdown is a simple-to-use program that allows you to schedule a power management command for your computer.
The interface of the tool consists of a toolbar in which you can quickly turn off, restart or hibernate your computer, log off, standby or lock the workstation.
So, you can schedule an event that will occur one time or on a regular basis (including waking up the computer), but you can also set a timer that can go off only on the same day.
Furthermore, you can enable to display a warning notification with flashes and sound, as well as the possibility of canceling the power management command.
In addition, you can enable a system tray icon, set AutoShutdown to automatically run at system startup, fully customize the toolbar (e.g. set buttons and their styles), as well as enable idle actions and hotkeys for the computer power events.
Moreover, you can enable AutoShutdown to play a warning sound when the power status changes and to cleanup files (e.g. empty Recycle Bin, delete temporary files, remove cookies and clear the Internet cache and history on shutdown), as well as configure system registry entries (e.g. auto end tasks, set wait-to-kill time, enable password), add a process to execute at a power management event, and more.
The program takes up a very low amount of system resources and didn't freeze, crash or pop up errors during our tests. We weren't able to access a help file. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend AutoShutdown to all users.
