AutoShutDown is a small simple tool created so you could close your computer at a certain time.
For example if you are downloading something, and it will be done in an hour. Andyou will not be at home for the next 6 hours. You would set the computer to close in 1½ hours maybe. It would be a waste to have the computer running an extra 4½ hours doing nothing.
Here are some key features of "AutoShutDown":
· You can choose between shutdown and restart,
· You can also choose between, entering the number of minutes before the computer should shutdown/restart, or enter a time of day.
· The abort button will allow you to abort a current shutdown/restart.
· The Close ASD feature will close AutoShutDown after you have initialized a shutdown/restart.
· The Minimize dialog is a smart feature that will minimize the shutdown.exe dialog box, when a restart/shutdown is initialized.
· Select time of day allows you to fast select a standard time for the computer to shutdown/restart.
