    Launches shortcuts with delay at logon

    Delayed Cuts is a simple program that creates a list of shortcuts with individual delays in the range 10 seconds to 10 minutes to stagger program launch at logon.

    You can easily set delays for startup shortcuts. Delayed load program allows you to skip items in the list.
