Hot Shortcuts

Hot Shortcuts enables you to assign custom shortcut keys to programs, documents and other files you access frequently, so that you can launch or open them just by pressing a specific key combination.

Using Hot Shortcuts is a simple task, but you cannot launch it without having administrator privileges on the host computer.
