    PreWarn description

    An application that launches other programs while displaying a user defined warning message.

    PreWarn is and application that was designed to be used as a launcher for other programs.

    When another program is started through PreWarn, PreWarn will first pop up a message window with a warning message or other message of your making.

    Then there is an additional choice via buttons as to whether the requested program(s) should be started.
