SkiL is a software that manages your shortcuts.
SkiL is a drag'n'drop application launcher that shows up when pressing a hotkey ( default: ALT+ESC). It's supports skinning to make it look exactly like you want.
The main purpose of SkiL is to make items on your desktop like applications, files, folders, URLs, ... quickly and easily accessible. SkiL is invisible unless you press the activation hotkey.
To help you organize your shortcuts they are grouped in categories of your choice.
You can resize the launcher window as you want to fit your needs.
Limitations:
· display maximum of 10 shortcuts

· Active processes are marked in the list and can be activated via context menu.
