    AlwaysMouseWheel description

    Mouse wheel over any inactive window

    AlwaysMouseWheel is a handy utility designed to enable you to scroll via mouse wheel over inactive windows.

    It allows you to scroll even if the window is not in the foreground e.g focussed.  The program allows optionally to bring the wheel window to the foreground. So you save a couple of clicks, or switching between windows.
