    OnChange description

    Launches an application when it detects a folder change.

    OnChange is a compact application designed to watch for changes in a specified folder and to execute a command. The application runs as a service and enables you to specify the folder that you want to watch.

    You can use this tool in order to receive notifications when the content of a folder changes. The Administration window enables you to enter the command line arguments for launching a certain application or file.
