WStart description
WStart - allows the control of window placement and sizing when a process is invoked from the command lineWStart is a command-line tool for the Intel (DOS/Windows) platform that allows for the control of window placement and sizing when a process is invoked from the command line.
Modeled after the windows "start" command-line function, this application extends this functionality to include the ability to specify the startup position and size of the main application window via command line options.
