WindowsDock. The title says it all. It's a dock for Windows that acts much like the one on Mac OS X, it hides when you are working on the computer and opens when hovering the mouse over it.
It's fully customizable, allowing you to search for folders and files, edit or sun scripts, issue alarms or stickies, add application shortcuts to it, to mention just a few of its capabilities.
