■ Wake on LAN Tool
To boot computers from remote
The Wake on LAN tool can be used to boot machines in the LAN from remote. It allows you to boot multiple machines simultaneously.
■ GPO Update Tool
To update the GPOs in the computers of the Windows Domain
In a Windows Domain Setup, Group Policy Objects (GPOs) can be used to configure the computer and user objects of the Active Directory. The GPOs reaches the individual computers periodically, say every 90 minutes. If you wish to update the GPOs manually you can execute the GPUpdate utility available in the client computers, which is time consuming. The GPO Update Tool can be used to update the GPOs in the computers from remote. You can update the GPOs of multiple computers simultanaously.
■ Shutdown/Restart Tool
To Shutdown or Restart the computers in the Windows Domain
This tool can be used to either shutown or restart a computer from remote. You can shutdown/restart multiple computers simultaneously.
■ Software Inventory Tool
To collect the installed Software details from a computer in the Windows Domain
The Software Inventory tool is a utility to collect information about the Software installed in a given computer of a Windows Domain. The Software details include Software Name, Version, Manufacurer and Usage statistics. The software details can be exported as txt and csv format.
All these tools can be invoked from a Launcher.
