SupportView description
A simple, effective way of querying, viewing, and saving critical information about executing processes and machine data
The primary goal of SupportView is to provide a simple, effective way of querying, viewing, and saving critical information about executing processes and machine data.
How many times during problem determination have you needed to view what processes are being run, but also needed information about where they were loaded from, date/time stamps, and file versions? How about viewing this same information
about any DLL’s loaded by a process? SupportView is designed with all of this in mind.
Here are some key features of "SupportView":
· A sorted view of each process currently executing on a machine, including valuable detailed file information.
· A sorted cross-reference view of processes loaded by the path, so you can quickly and easily see what processes were loaded from a particular path.
· Essential machine information, such as the CPU type, operating system, physical RAM , and disk space information.
· The ability to save information to an XML file for viewing later (in SupportView) and/or comparing information between two machines.
Requirements:
· Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1
