Control the data acquisition device and view the received signal
Cleverscope is a software utility designed to capture and display the data signals on your computer, as well as control the actual device. The Control Panel window is where you can find all the available settings and parameters, as well as the main menu of the application. In addition, you can also view information about the resolution, sample rate and elapsed time.
Since there are two channels, the utility displays the captured values for both of them in the Scope Display window in graph form, using two separate colors to distinguish between the signals. The amplitude and time values are also visible, as is the frequency and the graph time derivative.
Send signal values to Excel or Matlab documents
Since the received data has to be processed and analyzed in order to obtain the desired results, it needs to be imported into various software utilities after the acquisition is complete, such as Excel or Matlab. To spare you the effort, Cleverscope is able to stream the data directly into a spreadsheet document, or quickly copy and paste the values into a Word file.
A wide range of protocols are supported for data transfer, including SPI, I2C and Uart, depending on your needs and the equipment used in the testing. Furthermore, every data display available throughout the application can be printed, in order to save the information on paper for further analysis.
