DownOff monitors the average download rate and initiates computer shutdown if the download rate has been below a specified rate for a specified length of time. DownOff can be automatically started via the Windows Task Scheduler.
The download rate and many other parameters can be configured via the configuration screen. It can also be used to shutdown a remote computer. Shutdown has been configured to force all running applications to close. DownOff is part of the JSutils group of software utilities which have a theme of energy conservation.
Note: In order to use DownOff you need to register. Registration is free for personal, non-commercial use
