The Leaf winKeeper application was designed to allow you to place a window with the specified title in the choosen position every time you open it

You have to insert a window title and then when the window appears it will be placed on the specified position and size.

There's also a feature that allows the docking to an existing window so the two (or more, you can make a chain) windows will have always the relative position.
