The Resource Explorer application was developed to be a small program that lets you view the contents of any exe, dll, cpl, sys, scr, ocx, amc and ax files which is a "PE WIN32 Executable File".
 
With this program you can view text boxes which may appere in a program, you can view images. You can also save the text and images or any other resource (e.g wav, mp3 or other image or text formats).
