Touch It is a compact program that allows you to modify the attributes of multiple files and folders. You can change the date and time for Modified, Created, and Last Time Accessed. It can also change the archive, read-only, hidden and system attributes.
Touch It associates itself with folders and .EXE files on the first use. At first the program collects all files and folders regarding to flags (in the check-boxes) and then modifies their attributes.
Folders dates can not be changed. You can't change dates for files which are opened by other process or which have Read-only attribute. The program firstly changes dates and only then - attributes.
