UserDesktopCmd 1.0.0.3

UserDesktopCmd can start other processes and force the display on the interactive desktop (aka "WinSta0\\Default").

It was especially written to allow selective user interaction in distribution scripts for programmers.

Usage: 
UserDesktopCmd.exe [/w] command
Use /w if you want %S to wait until the process exits
