Fast Dial is an extension that will replace "about:blank" page with a panel of thumbnails for your favorite websites Right-click a thumbnail, and choose "Fast Dial > Set URL" from the context menu. Choose an URL and click "OK". In a second or two the thumbnail image appears, later open sites just clicking the thumbnails.
You can also assign any page to Fast Dial by right-clicking the page and selecting "Assing to Fast Dial" from context menu.
Left click on a thumbnail title opens "Set URL" dialog. Middle click on thumbnail title runs thumbnail refresh. If you move mouse over thumbnail's top-right corner, a panel with buttons appears.
Here are some key features of "Fast Dial":
· You can change thumbnail's position by drag-n-dropping it. (Hold Ctrl while dragging to move thumbnail into a group.)
· Left click on a thumbnail title opens "Properties" dialog. Middle click on thumbnail title runs thumbnail refresh.
· Alt+number keyboard shortcut opens assigned site.
· If you move mouse over thumbnail's top, a panel of graphic buttons appears.
· To view zoomed image press left mouse button and hold it for a moment.
· You can customize Fast Dial page colors & font in Preferences.
· You can create nested pages of thumbnails by checking "Group" checkbox in thumbnail properties.
