Google Reader Watcher will check your Google Reader for any unread news and then show them to you.
The extension will place an icon into your status bar and also you can add a toolbar icon.
The extension will check your Google Reader for unread feeds and if you have, the plugin will show a notification window and display the number of unread feeds next to the icons.
The unread items are listed in the tooltip of the icons and also in the context menu of the statusbar icon where you can open the feeds directly. That list can be grouped by labels.
Supported to exclude certain feeds from the counting.
