Open IT Online is a Firefox extension that allows to open and edit your documents and images from everywhere.

When Firefox encounters one of the file types supported by Open IT Online, it shows the "Open With" dialog: if you have installed Open IT Online, you will get, among the others, an option to open the file online.

Open IT Online shows you also the file size of the document you could see online: this information helps you determining if you want to open the file online or not.

In addition, this tool will offer you the possibility to select which online service you prefer using for each file type.

Open IT Online allows you to open your documents online without the need of any software to be installed. It handles:
· Documents (*.doc, *.rtf, *.odt, *.sxw)
· Spreadsheets (*.xls, *.csv, *.ods, *.sxc)
· Presentations (*.ppt, *.pps, *.odp, *.sxi)
. Images (*.jpg, *.gif, *.png)

· Added capability to open Excel 2007 files with Google Docs and Google Apps.
· Fixed bug preventing to open images in Firefox 3.5 (imageURL has been replaced by mediaURL).
