Yet Another Smooth Scrolling is a extension that will allow you to easily customize the overall scrolling behavior. With this extension, you can configure length of stride of scroll with a wheel spin, smoothness of scroll behavior and sensitivity for wheel spinning to scale up speed of scroll.
Besides, you can separately configure for cursor keys. On the properties window, you can dynamically customize properties. No need to close the properties window to apply to try your settings.
