TCSpeedBooster is a unique program, in that it utilizes every possible means of boosting internet speed from registry to cache, and everything between. If it can be tweaked to increase internet speed, it is tweaked. Whether you use 14kbps dial-up or 4Mbps T1 connection, you will notice a dramatic difference in speed after using this program.

All changes are completely reversible (not that you would want to). Even download speeds have increased in beta tests (very unusual, as browsing speed is usually only affected).
