Driver Updater Pro is a tool that can tweak your system by detecting, updating and fixing drivers.

During installation, the program offers to install the Ask Toolbar, make Ask your default search provider, and set Ask.com as your homepage.

When you first initialize the program, Driver Updater Pro performs an automatic scanning process on your system's drivers, and gives you notifications of any problems they might be having.

However, in order to install or update the drivers, you have to buy the full version of Driver Updater Pro.

The user interface is generally simple to follow. There are four main sections - Update, Request, Backup, and Free Scans.

Driver Updater Pro lets you select drivers from your computer and back them up before changing their attributes, just in case an update goes wrong. You can view information on the driver provider, version, date, and operating system.

But backing up drivers is yet another feature only available in the full version of the product.

So, basically all you can do in Driver Updater Pro is scan your computer for missing, corrupted, or old drivers. And if you want to update them without using this software, just look for them yourself.

The program uses a moderate amount of CPU and memory resources.

All in all, it is very disappointing to see how limited this trial is, because we cannot really tell if this product works or not. On the other hand, the full version price is not that much.
