Software Remove Master

As its name implies, Software Remove Master allows you to uninstall applications from your computer. It is similar to the default function provided by Windows, 'Add/Remove Programs.'

The interface of the tool is clean and pretty intuitive. Upon program initialization, you can view a list of all installed applications, namely their description, publisher and location.

All you have to do is select a program from the list and click a button to uninstall it. Once the procedure is done, Software Remove Master offers to remove any items which may have been left behind.

You can view program properties and registry values, refresh the list, use a search function, hide system patches and screensavers in the list, as well as manage applications which automatically run at system startup.

From the 'Tools' menu, you can add comments, open a program entry in Registry Editor, as well as access Windows updates, services and components. It is also possible to export the program list or registry information, create backups and hide the grid.

Performance and final thought

The simple-to-use program requires a low amount of CPU and system memory, includes user documentation, has a good response time, and didn't cause us any problems during our tests, such as freezing, crashing or popping up error dialogs.
