TSDC - Total Service and Driver Control is a tool which allows users to clean up their Windows systems from old or unneeded services and drivers - permanently!
It was written to deal with the fact that, if you change hardware like a printer, scanner or internal components, even if you remove the related software, it will often still leave drivers and services behind that are loaded upon startup. All of them just being dead weight and using resources better used for actual sofware you use.
On top of that, having a lot of redundant drivers can make your system less stable and more prone to crash or have issues trying to install new drivers.
