Powerful installation monitor, installation analyzer and uninstaller

Microsoft’s tool aimed at removing installed applications has always been there for you, no matter what Windows version you were using, so most of us are pretty familiar with its functions.
It often happens however to see files or folders left behind, either in Program Files or in the user folder, because the uninstaller hasn’t managed to clean them all.
That’s exactly the kind of issue Total Uninstall tries to tackle. It has in essence the same goal as the tool bundled into Windows, removing applications you want to get rid of, but it does the whole thing a lot better.
The application displays a list with the installed apps and lets you choose the one you wish to uninstall. Before starting the removal process, Total Uninstall needs to analyze its components, so that it can then easily delete all files.
Truth is, the whole procedure is a bit more complicated and could take much more than the removal process conducted through the Windows utility, but it’s just the way things should be with a software solution able to remove an app completely.
Of course, there’s also an options menu that requires a lot of time if you really wish to click on each function in there, so take your time because you don’t really want to rush things when dealing with such a tool.
After our comprehensive test, there’s only one conclusion: Total Uninstall is one of the must-have tools for every Windows machine out there, no matter its price.
