cpcReminder description
This useful tool works like an alarm clock.
cpcReminder is the program that will remind you to rest at preset intervals (the default interval is 10 minutes. However, you can change the rest interval when the program is running. (you have the choices of 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 25 minutes & 30 minutes)
If you have installed the program at the default location (c: Program Files cpcReminder) and have run the program once, the program will run automatically
every time you start windows.
Once the program is run, the only thing you will see is the "cpcReminder" icon in your system tray.
After 10 minutes ( the default rest interval), a dialog box will appear on the screen to advise you to rest. Before that, the warning (count down box appear on the screen) comes up 10 seconds before the rest mode.
A dark screen which cover the whole screen counting number1 to 10 will distract your attention off the screen, it will remain for 20 seconds or until you react to it to start a new session.
To see the program in action, simply right click the icon in the tray.
You can change the rest intervals on the main interface.

· Pentium 1 or equivalent.
· 8 MB RAM
