EVE Online Skill Monitor is a handy widget that will allow you to keep a close eye on your charcater's stats and info.
Features include your character information, ability to switch between characters on the same account, current skill information, tranquility status, a skill training complete count down accurate to less than ¼ second, audible/visual notification when skill training is complete, automatic update checking to keep the Widget up to date, and a shortcut to run the game.
