MDJToolbar is a free, easy to set up and use widget toolbar for windows.

MDJToolbar will allow you to save shortcuts to folders, applications or URLs.

You may use BMP, GIF, JPEG, or PNG images for your icons. Expanded size is 100x100, at rest:50x50.
