Convert ASX Files

ASX (also known as Advanced Stream Redirector) is a specialized type of XML metafile which was developed by Microsoft and it is mainly used as a shortcut to video or audio files (usually ASF tracks).

Considering ASX files typically contain a list of Windows Media files that will be played in succession, in order to convert them, users will need to choose another type of playlist.

Since ASX format is not highly common, users will frequently convert these files to the more popular M3U or PLS.

Nonetheless, users will be allowed to choose the destination file format they prefer, without being restricted to the ones mentioned above.
