  • An update to the browser engine
  • A fix for an issue with some videos not playing or displaying properly

  • Fixed an issue where uninstalling the AOL Desktop would remove shortcuts rather than point them to the version of the software that you upgraded from.

  • An installer fix where your user information was not always carrying over on upgrade
  • We addressed fly-outs not properly displaying on eBay which may have affected other sites
  • The News toolbar drop down (Quick Access Panel) now has the latest and most up-to-date information
  • Updated display identifying email you receive from AOL
  • A few updates to the menu containing updated destinations
  • Added a new browser error message indicating individual page issues rather than browser issues

  • BROWSER ENHANCEMENTS: We heard your complaints about browser performance so we made a few tweaks and would love to hear your feedback.
  • INSTALLER: We gave the installer a new look, improved the messaging to our users and provided helpful tips.
  • SEARCH: We added auto-complete functionality for an improved search experience, in addition to a cleaner look and feel.
