· Fixed: closing all frames and then adding a new frame hung the APNGedit window
· Fixed: drag'n'drop onto a frame sorts the dragged files, and adds them in the correct order
· Cleanup of drag'n'drop code (dragging multiple files on Linux not working due to bug 428876)

· Minor update: bump compatibility to 3.0b3 and re-add support for APNG_BLEND_OP_SOURCE (frame option "overwrite alpha channel"), since bug 391295 has been long fixed.
