    Adobe Digital Editions 1.8.2 Preview 3 / 1.7.2.1131 - Changelog

What's new in Adobe Digital Editions 1.8.2 Preview 3:

    February 21st, 2012

    · Device Support - Now you can authorize USB-connected eReader hardware and load eBooks from/to that device like what you do in Adobe Digital Editions 1.7. Note: Digital Editions supported devices are listed on the Digital Publishing blog.
    · Migration - If you ever installed Adobe Digital Editions 1.7 and added books to its library, you'll be asked if you want to migrate ADE 1.7 managed books to Digital Editions 1.8 preview 3 during installation. If you choose to do so, those books will be added to the library of Digital Editions 1.8. Otherwise, you'll have to manually add those books to the library of Digital Editions 1.8 later.

What's new in Adobe Digital Editions 1.7.2.1131:

    May 5th, 2010

    · A bug has been fixed that forced users on Vista and Windows 7 to have to turn off the User Agent Control (UAC) in order to be able to fulfill books.
    · Support has been added for Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit)
    · A bug was fixed that could cause repetitive activations if a user switched between a work environment and home environment if such environments handled the case of login names differently.
    · Fixed a bug which could cause occasional crashes in Digital Editions if a ActiveSync enabled reading device was plugged in.
