- A new "More" button provides access to schedules setup for each user, on the local computer or to any remote computer on the network.
- Sets computer use daily schedules (From - To) for each user.
- Internet schedules (From - To) may be be set for each user.
- Blocks access to Internet browsers, outside the scheduled hours.
- Blocks access to the computer, outside the scheduled hours.
- Blocks access to Windows utilities: Control Panel and Add or Remove Programs, Windows Task Manager, Date and Time setting, Registry Editors and Cmd window.
- Will give a minute warning and will automatically logoff, shut-down or restart when user attempts to use computer out of schedules.
- Unintrusive bubble messages communicate with the AlaTimer users: schedules updates, time remaining, Internet access or utilities blocking.
- Mouse left click pops up the About/Registration window.
- Mouse right click shows set schedules, or the used and remaining minutes for the day, if no schedules were set.
- Easier registration process; request is sent via the Internet website.
- Faster, easier setup with "stay connected" for remote computers and "store password" for setup updates.
- Trial period extended to 30 days.
- Will continue full functionality after the trial period, with nagging messages.
