  • Dashboard- A brand new feature to display key performance indicators of your business. Each widget in the dashboard has its own refresh time settings.
  • Simple Expense Log- Allowing you to enter the expenses for multiple projects in one go, saving your time and effort
  • Global Email- You can now send emails from BillQuick using any of the Email programs like AOL, Gmail, MSN etc
  • Statements- Well designed screen for previewing and print your statements
  • SpellChecker- Accessible from multiple screens, a feature that allows you to correct your spelling mistakes in memos, descriptions etc.
  • Employee-Assign and Reassignment- With this newly introduced feature, projects can be re-assigned to different employees
  • Memos- Memo Toolbar now gets enriched with the Date Stamp function
  • Contract Types- With the growing and changing business needs, two new project contract types have been added Cost+FixedFee and Cost +Percentage
  • Retainage- you now have the ability to specify "Retainage" percentage per project.
  • Reports Customization- Enhancement in Report Viewer toolbar. Tools available that will allow you to customize reports, change fonts, colors and email as Word, Excel or PDF.

  • Vendor- The newly added History tab keeps track of Purchase Orders and Vendor Bill statuses

  • Context-Sensitive Menus- Right-Click options now provide more options than before
  • Purchase Order- Enriched with multiple features like, Terms, Batch Change, Copy-Paste, Filter and much more
  • Custom-Fields- Three more custom fields got added to screens like Activity Codes, Expense Codes, Expense Log etc
  • Estimates- Features like Fee Schedules and Memos now available in estimates
  • Budget- Now gives you an option to create Purchase orders directly plus enriched with Memos as well
  • QuickUpdate- Made compatible with Project Group filter as well
  • Report Filters-Ability to filter by discrete items instead of the "From and To" range when applying filters to the reports.
  • Allocate Hours by Activity Group- You can now assign hours to any employee without having to specify a specific Activity. Instead you can specifiy an Activity Group or "All" activities.
  • QuickBooks GL Accounts per Project- Ability to assign separate GL accounts per Project for all invoice items plus Retainer collected and applied.
  • Expense Part of the Contract- If your fee includes expense, you can now manage such contracts by simply selecting the "Expenses Part of Contract" rule on the Project screen’s Detail tab.
