- Colour Facebook Messages – Send and receive Facebook messages in colour, bold and italic. Moreover, you can also customize the font size of Facebook messages to make them easier to read.
- Snappy Shortcuts – Each feature of Chit Chat can be rapidly entered or exit with a shortcut key. For example, you can cycle through Facebook conversations with Alt + 2 (forwards) or Alt + 1 backwards – or to a specific conversation using Ctrl + Number. Moreover, if you want to rapidly minimise your Facebook conversation window and buddy list – simply press Ctrl +M.
- Customizable Sound Alerts – It’s now possible to customize the sound alert which are received when your Facebook friends sign in or out, or when a Facebook instant message is received.
- Music Status Alerts – Let your friends know what you’re listening to with our innovative music status alert feature, at a click of a button the songs that you listen to will be displayed in Facebook feeds.
- Facebook User Groups – Chit Chat now supports Facebook user groups. Group your Facebook friends from those you talk to often, to those you don’t for example.
- Languages – Use Chit Chat in your native language, Chit Chat supports conversations in all languages. Moreover, Chit Chat is available in four languages – Spanish, English, Swedish, and Vietnamese. Users are able to create their own translations of Chit Chat.
- Facebook Status Updates – Update your Facebook status from within Chit Chat for Facebook.
- Update – Chit Chat’s update functionality has been improved, if we release an update to Chit Chat we’ll let you know through our application.
